CARLOS OCHOA FERNANDEZ

 

For 30 years he has worked in the areas of Urban Design, Urban and Regional Planning, for both private clients and public sector, in various states of the country;

 

- Has participated directly in the design and implementation of public policies on urban land and housing, emphasizing developing the State Plan for Urban Land and Housing from 2002 to 2007;

 

- Stresses the promotion and development of business project "Cheap Urban Land and Legal", to facilitate access to this to the most vulnerable sectors of society, having generated to date nearly 8,000 shares of land in the state of Jalisco;

 

Honours:

 

- Annual Award "Alarife Martin Casillas" by the National Chamber of Commerce of Guadalajara, to the best of Architecture Thesis local universities in 1985;

 

- Fellow of the National Academy of Architecture of the Mexican Society of Architects since 1987;

 

- National De Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco Housing Award 2003 Budget draft and Legal in the City Urban Land;.

- 1st. Place of the twenty-third edition of the CEMEX Building Award in the social housing category, with the work "Self Floor + Housing in Ameca, Jalisco.
